Virgin Holidays is offering free flights to St Lucia, if your name is Lucy
It’s a very good day to be called Lucy, after Virgin Holidays announced a competition for free flights to St. Lucia for anyone who s the name.
To celebrate the only country in the world named after a woman, the airline announced they were giving away four pairs of return Economy Class Virgin Atlantic flights from London Gatwick to St Lucia, providing the name on your passport is Lucy or Lucia.
Four winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received between today and March 11, and flights need to be redeemed by 31st December 2019.
Literally all you need to do to enter is be called Lucy, and fill out a form before Monday. SEND THIS TO EVERY LUCY YOU KNOW.
Joe Thompson, Managing Director of Virgin Holidays, said of the competition:
“We wanted to celebrate St Lucia’s place in the world – the one country named after a woman – by empowering St Lucie’s namesakes, Lucys and Lucias across the UK, with the opportunity to visit this tropical island paradise.”
