New Shopping Center in North Bismarck – KFYR

BISMARCK, N.D. – There’s a new shopping center in north Bismarck. Site Superintendent Bill Hoffman says the 17,000 square foot building is ready for tenants to move in.

As of now, Shake Shop, New York to go Pizza and Gyro, and a hair salon will be moving in. He says they’ve also received interest from a microbrewery.
Hoffman says it’s exciting to be a part of north Bismarck‘s growth.

“There’s a lot more opportunities really for the neighbors. Other than having to drive all the way down. Just like Cash Wise. It’s going to create a lot more things for people to do,” Hoffman says.

There are currently six units left for lease. The center is located off 43rd Avenue in the Cash Wise Foods plaza.
