A Pop-Up Pomeranian Café Is Coming—And You’ll Want To Visit
Make sure you’ve got your passport handy, because a pop-up Pomeranian café is coming to London, and you’re going to want to visit. The pop-up, adorably titled The Pom Café, is brought to you by the creators of the Pug Café and Universal Pictures UK. The location is part of a celebration for the launch of “The Secret Life of Pets 2,” and you can visit on May 12.
The Pom Café is just as delightful as you’d imagine it to be. It gives dog lovers the opportunity to enjoy treats while surrounded by Pomeranian puppies. Those who attend are welcome to bring their own Pomeranians to join in on the fun.
According to a press release from the Pug Café, the pop-up will “offer a menu dedicated to dogs including Pupcakes, Dognuts, Pompops, Pupcorn, Pawsecco and more.” How cute!
And for humans, there will be coffee, cocktails and more on-site. The pop-up will be held at The Happenstance, a bar overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral.
There will be two opportunities to visit The Pom Café on May 12, as the event has been organized into two 70-minute time slots, one beginning at 12:30 p.m. and the other at 4:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale on April 6 at 10 a.m. (London time).
If you’re unable to make it to the Pomeranian event but will be in England, there will also be opportunities for you to visit a Dachshund Café on May 19 and a Frenchie Café on the same day, May 19, in Manchester. And honestly, attending any of these events would be pretty amazing!
Spending some time with dogs while getting your caffeine fix doesn’t necessarily require a trip to the U.K. In fact, The Dog Café in Los Angeles offers a chance to play with puppies that are available for adoption while placing your morning coffee order.
